The supply chain is not only the first supplier but all of the suppliers down the line. All suppliers are necessary to produce / deliver the products and services needed by the customers.

Questions:

• Are all of the suppliers able to meet the forecasts and demands?
• Are all of the suppliers capable of meeting the standards set for their contribution to the products and services?
• Do the suppliers share the same ethics and environmental concerns?
