Financial Resources focuses on ensuring that there are sufficient financial resources to enable the organization to satisfy the product and service demand and invest in future products and services.

Questions:

  • Do we have sufficient financial resources to deliver products and services according to the plan?
  • Do we have risks and contingencies identified for either increase or decrease in demand?
  • Do we have sufficient financial resources to deliver innovation for new products and services?
  • Do we have risks and contingencies identified for delays or issues arising with new product / service development?
  • Do we have sufficient cash flow to minimize needs to borrowing?
  • Do we have sufficient profit reserves to account for risks in market demand?
